Folic acid is widely present in green leafy vegetables and some fruits, legumes, nuts, foods and animal liver. A balanced diet as long as the general population, generally through the intake of vegetables, get enough folic acid. However, due to the characteristics of folic acid are water-soluble, vegetables boiled too long will affect a large number of loss, compared with a little oil stir-fry contrary, it could retain more of folic acid.
