Vegetables

Fruit

Includes: fresh, canned (non-sugar type) fruit.

Soups

Includes: fresh, frozen, canned (without sauce, fat, sugar and other additives) broth.

Skimmed milk products and other milk substitutes

Include: skim milk, skim cheese, skim sugar-free yogurt; soya milk, tofu and soy foods contain additives.

Eggs and their substitutes

Includes: whole egg, protein and synthetic substitutes.

Staple foods (cereals)

Include: whole wheat class, cereals category, type of rice and potato; starch of the beans.

Explanation: does not include biscuits, instant noodles, pastries and fried staple food.
